Through circles, retreats, events and one-to-one spaces, we explore what it means to live as a woman with greater awareness, courage and self-trust. To reclaim the parts of ourselves we have silenced, hidden or abandoned. To celebrate the parts we have fought hard to become.
Reiki Remastered™
Alongside my mentorship and teaching, I am the founder of Reiki Remastered™ a contemporary framework exploring the depth of human potential through the principles of Reiki.
Developed through years of practice and observation, the framework translates the philosophy of Reiki into a modern context, supporting self-mastery, leadership and embodied awareness within the realities of everyday life.
