Writing has always been one of the ways I explore and share ideas around transformation, awareness and personal growth.
Writing has always been one of the ways I explore and share ideas around transformation, awareness and personal growth.
Alongside my mentoring and teaching, my books reflect different expressions of this work – from guiding adults through their own journey of self-mastery to offering children stories that nurture emotional intelligence and inner trust.
Over time, this page will also include articles and essays exploring themes of energetic awareness, leadership and the path of self-mastery in modern life.
The Reiki Guide – A Journey of Transformation
A practical and reflective introduction to Reiki as a path of personal transformation.
The Reiki Guide – A Journey of Transformation was written during a period of deep reflection and teaching.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience working with Reiki and personal transformation, the book explores Reiki not simply as a healing technique but as a path of self-awareness and inner change.
Part personal reflection, part practical guide, it invites readers to explore the deeper philosophy of Reiki and its potential to support balance, clarity and personal evolution.
Written in a direct and accessible voice, The Reiki Guide continues to serve as an entry point for many people beginning their journey with Reiki and self-mastery.
My Books
A children’s story about listening to the quiet wisdom of the heart.
Finding Ray’s Key is a children’s story that explores the quiet inner wisdom that lives within every child.
Through Ray’s journey, the story gently introduces ideas around emotional awareness, empathy and the courage to listen to the heart reminding young readers that the answers they seek are often already within them.
The title itself carries a playful layer of meaning, echoing the phrase “Finding Reiki.” In this way, the story quietly reflects a deeper theme that runs through much of my work: the discovery of the subtle intelligence and guidance that lives within us all.
The book also draws inspiration from the Japanese concept of Ki, a word that speaks to energy, intention, feeling and spirit. Rather than presenting this as something abstract, the story invites children to recognise the subtle guidance that lives inside them and to trust their own unique way of navigating and connecting with the world.
Originally inspired by my experiences as a parent, Finding Ray’s Key speaks not only to children but to the adults who read alongside them, offering a gentle reminder that self-understanding begins with curiosity, kindness and presence.
The story is beautifully brought to life through the illustrations of Owen Williams, whose expressive artwork captures the warmth, emotion and imagination of Ray’s journey.
