The Monthly Reset Packages are designed as a simple, consistent rhythm of support to:

- Maintain focus, resilience and clarity
A monthly reset is not just a session — it’s an ongoing wellbeing ritual.

The fine lines
Packages & Pricing
Choose from two packages:
- The Reset Package — £50/month (includes the live online sessions below & access to a community WhatsApp group.)
- The Alignment Package — £125/month (includes everything in the reset package + a private 1:1 Soul session)
Each month, you’ll receive:
- Reiki Share to align your energy and reconnect with presence / Held on the 1st monday each month from 7pm to 8.30pm.
- Breathwork Session to release, expand and ground / Held on the 3rd thursday each month from 7pm to 8.30pm.
- Shake to reset the nervous system, shake off stress & restore joy. Held on various days at 7am, these will be announced via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
Please note : Signature of a Conscious Connected Breathwork waiver is required to ensure understanding of the practice, contra-indications and guidelines prior to beginning.
