A slow, soulful day held in the wild heart of Dartmoor with guest facilitator, Maggie Goleniak & myself.
This day retreat, the first in my Simplicity series, is a day for reconnection. With yourself, with the land, with the quiet magic that so often gets missed in the noise of everyday life.

Details
We begin with stillness and brush in hand. A morning intuitive art class invites you to gently observe, to really see, the quiet beauty around you. No experience needed, only curiosity and an open mind. This is not about making something perfect, but about arriving fully into the moment.
A light, nourishing lunch will be shared outdoors (weather permitting).
From there, we’ll take a mindful walk across the moor, moving together at a soft, steady pace towards the ancient, moss-draped oaks of Wistman’s Wood. Expect birdsong, the rustle of grasses, the cool breath of stone and sky.
This will be followed by a grounding Reiki & balanced Breathwork beneath the wide open sky. Time to drop into your body, release, receive.

Maggie Goleniak is a Polish born artist who currently lives and creates art in UK. After graduating from the Fine Art Program at the University of Silesia, Poland, she decided to pursue her career as an artist abroad. For over 14 years now, she has created and fulfilled her life purpose as a professional artist.
Maggie is an artist with a creative, surrealistic vision. She is inspired by the beauty of nature, metaphysical places, love, life and compassion.
