This 6-month I AM WOMAN container is a rare opportunity to delve into your deepest self, whilst witnessed and supported by likeminded souls… to be empowered to shine your light and fully embody the extraordinary woman you are today.
We will gather in sacred circle. We will breathe together. Learn together. Cry together. Laugh together. Rage together. Dance together.
This is a space of true expression, support, encouragement, empowerment, healing and discovery.

Coming together as a group
I am guided to limit participation in the group containers to 6 souls to ensure an intimate experience.
We will meet once a month for the duration of the container. The dates are as followed : 16 Sept / 14 Oct / 11 Nov / 9 Dec / 13 Jan / 10 Feb
You will need a quiet, comfortable & undisturbed space for the sessions. Space to lie down for the meditation/breathwork (perhaps on a mat). Space to stand up and dance/move. To have a journal, pen, water, cushions, an eye pillow or scarf and headphones for the breathwork (should you wish).
As music is a deep passion of mine, it will be an integral part of this journey and tailor-made playlists will be available via Spotify.
Interim support is also offered for those that may wish to work further on a subject outside of the group for an additional £69 per online session / £99 per in-person session. These sessions will be arranged directly with myself.
Please note : This course will draw upon many holistic modalities, including the practice of monthly Conscious Connected Breathwork. Therefore, signature of a waiver is required to ensure understanding of the practice, contra-indications and guidelines prior to beginning.
