I understand more than most the complexity and pressure of creative production and the impact it can have on the people involved. Having been privileged to work with gifted musicians, directors and production staff over the years, I am passionate about providing an unequalled service of support to ensure healthy, visionary and sustainable creative projects.
My guidance towards wellbeing directorship for the creative industries can be offered remotely, on the road, on set or in theatre. It can also be tailored to specific individuals, talent or entire crews.
The very bespoke nature of my work and flexibility of my approach combined with my understanding of the logistical/practical challenges of these environments tend to create an excellent working partnership.
My offerings encompass many modalities – from stress management, Reiki, mindfulness, breathwork, energetics of workspace and groups, healing for creative expansion and clear communication, and circle facilitation. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to combine high vibrational work with grounded action providing practical solutions and next-level organisation.
Of course each requirement is different and therefore I don’t offer a ‘one fits all’ approach but welcome the opportunity to talk about how I may best serve.

Wellbeing awareness is a prerequisite for a thriving staff and working environment.
Having worked over the years with businesses and organisations large and small, in particular in HR and creative management, I know that wellbeing awareness and provision is no longer a luxury.
From larger corporate settings through to the smaller business, I now offer bespoke wellbeing consultancy to support staff and employers – from times of challenge and crisis, to everyday stress reduction and mindful action in the workplace. To help find language & solution to the unspoken challenges faced in today’s industries. To help build performance, resilience and ultimately the wellbeing of staff and business.
I feel it is important to work with the individual spirit and ethos of the company, as well as its staff to create innovative, captivating and sustainable offerings that will capture the interest and more importantly the commitment of all involved for longevity of wellbeing that can resonate throughout the entire organisation.

Full Day Wellbeing Workshop : £1200
Workshops can include: Conscious Connected Breathwork, Mindfulness training & practice, Stress Management techniques, Energetic Awareness both in person and in the Organisation, Team Connection, Reiki healing, Drum journeying, Restorative Yoga and more.
1 hr Online Support & Stress Management Sessions : £125
Online 8 Week Mindfulness Training for Staff : £1600 package (up to 10 people)
